SOOM: AI Breathing for Mental Health (hereinafter "the App") is published by REDCORE TRAINING CENTER.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.

2. Description of Service

SOOM is a breathing exercise and mindfulness application that provides:

• Guided breathing patterns and exercises
• AI-powered breathing recommendations
• Breath holding tests and lung capacity tracking
• Mood tracking and analysis
• Personalized wellness insights

3. Subscription Terms

The App offers auto-renewable subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, automatically renews every month
• Annual Subscription: Billed annually, automatically renews every year

Subscription features include:

• Access to all 10 breathing patterns
• AI text analysis and personalized recommendations
• Unlimited breathing session time
• Unlimited journal entries and AI analysis

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

Restore Purchases: You can restore your previous purchases at any time through the App's subscription settings.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The App is designed for general wellness purposes only and is NOT intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Do not use breathing exercises if you have any respiratory conditions, heart conditions, or other medical conditions without first consulting with your healthcare provider.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Collect or harvest any information from other users

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by REDCORE TRAINING CENTER and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REDCORE TRAINING CENTER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
